How do I know if the beacon is working? |

You can test your beacon using the OFF/TEST self-test button. We also recommend that you read the user manual. |

How do I place an order ? |

To place an order, you need to create a customer account. You must fill in the form step by step and check that all required fields (marked with a *) have been completed. |

How long does delivery take? |

As delivery is ensured by the French Postal Service, please count 3 working days for delivery to main land France. |

Your My-AIS beacon is under a two-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase. |

How often should I run a self-test? |
|
The short test should not be run more than once a week to preserve battery life. The full test should not be run more than once a month. |

How to create an account? |

You have 2 possibilities:
- You can click on "Account" in the top left of the site. Fill in the required information in the form and make sure all fields marked with a star (*) have been completed. A confirmation email will be sent, containing a reminder of your ID details. If you did not receive it, please check in your junk mail or contact our Customer Service department.
- When confirming your shopping cart, you will be asked to enter your customer ID details. If you do not have any, clickon "Create an account", fill in the necessary information and validate. A confirmation email will be sent, containing a reminder of your ID details.

If you cannot log in, click on "My account" then on "Forgotten password". Enter the email address used to create your account and click on "Create new password".
