To log in, click on "My account" in the top left of the website, then enter your ID details (email address and password), chosen when creating your account. |

| How to create an account? |

You have 2 possibilities:
- You can click on "Account" in the top left of the site. Fill in the required information in the form and make sure all fields marked with a star (*) have been completed. A confirmation email will be sent, containing a reminder of your ID details. If you did not receive it, please check in your junk mail or contact our Customer Service department.
- When confirming your shopping cart, you will be asked to enter your customer ID details. If you do not have any, clickon "Create an account", fill in the necessary information and validate. A confirmation email will be sent, containing a reminder of your ID details.

| I have forgotten my password, how to I create a new one? |

If you cannot log in, click on "My account" then on "Forgotten password". Enter the email address used to create your account and click on "Create new password". You will receive an email containing a unique renewal link, valid only once. Please check this email did not end up in your junk mail. Click on the link to be redirected to the password entry form. |

| Why have I not received my order confirmation email? |
